Fashion Gaziantep Getting Prepared to Raise the Export Network of the Textile Industry
Fashion Gaziantep Fair to be held for the first time ever by Tuyap at Gaziantep Middle East Exhibition Center will open its gates to participants on December 19, 2022. The fair will last until December 22, 2022 exhibiting baby wear, kids ready to wear, women’s ready to wear, and men’s ready to wear, apparel sub-industry and accessories, as well as clothing and textile machinery.
The Fair will be held in collaboration with Association for Manufacture of the Comb-Cotton Apparel Ready to Wear Clothing and will be supported by the Governor’s Office of Gaziantep, Metropolitan Municipality of Gaziantep, Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Southeastern Anatolia Exporters’ Union, and Fashion and Apparel Federation. Over 20 thousand participants mostly from Russia, Middle East, North Africa, Turkic Republics and Balkan countries will be participating the Fair which aims at avoiding intermediators and directly bringing together the customers who seek more qualified and cheaper manufacture with the primary manufacturers. The Fair will be opened with 100 percent of occupancy rate hosting around 170 manufacturers.
Delivering his remarks regarding the fair, Tuyap Fairs General Manager İlhan Ersözlü, said: “We are extremely glad to be including the first ever organized Fashion Gaziantep Fair into our portfolio. This fair will bring together several major manufacturers operating in Gaziantep and its vicinity. Gaziantep ranks fifth in exports and will put its seal on new business networks with the help of future business people. In this context, I thank our stakeholders collaborating with us, and hope that this fair will bring auspicious results for our country’s economy. We are expecting to see the entire professionals of the sector at the Middle East Exhibition Center on December 19th.”
Visitors can visit the Fashion Gaziantep Fair at 10.100-18.30 during December 19-22, 2022.
